据爱思唯尔（Elsevier）最新公布的2017年度Energy Connect China显示：2017年12月，厦门大学管理学院中国能源政策研究院院长林伯强教授为通讯作者的两篇学术论文入选爱思唯尔（Elsevier）公布的能源领域期刊中国作者高被引文章。在本次评选中，中国只有28篇论文入选。

一篇是“Impact of energy conservation policies on green productivity in China’s manufacturing sector: Evidence from a three stage DEA model”，来自Applied Energy。Applied Energy是为能源转换、节约和能源电力资源的最优管理和利用等领域提供信息和思想的期刊，其2017年的影响因子为7.182。

一篇是“An analysis of the driving forces of energy-related carbon dioxide emissions in China’s industrial sector”，来自期刊Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews。

Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews的使命是为研究界，私营部门，政策和决策者汇集、提供可再生能源和可持续能源中最有趣和最相关的批判性思维。2017年影响因子为8.050。
